Withdrawal of Kvitova from Stuttgart tournament disrupts Potapova match plans

Moscow, April 17 – The tenth racket of the world, Czech Petra Kvitova, has withdrawn from the German Championships in Stuttgart, according to the official Twitter account of the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA).
In the main draw, the Croatian will replace the Czech Petra Martić. In the first round, Kvitova was supposed to play Russian Anastasia Potapova.

The Kvitova-Potapova match was scheduled for Monday. With Martic, the 22-year-old Russian will meet on Tuesday. The tournament will end in Stuttgart on April 23.
