Moscow, May 23 – Twitter users were confused by the appearance of Vladimir Zelensky during his evening video message.
In the comments under the video, many accused the Ukrainian leader of drug use.
“Rough night, looks like a good dose of cocaine?” – wrote one of the commentators.
