Notice and Takedown Procedure, in addition to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act’s Policy

Our policy is to respond as quickly as possible to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that are in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (the text of which can be found on the United States Copyright Office’s website, which can be found at http://www.copyright.gov). If the notification is invalid, we will not reply.

Any user of Visegrad Info 24 (“visegrad24.info”) is assumed to comply with all applicable copyright laws when utilizing any component of the website. In the case that we do, however, receive proper notification of an alleged copyright infringement, we will terminate contributors and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
