Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.42: Bug Fixes, Enhancements, and Patch Notes for All Platforms

Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.42 has been released for all platforms and is now available for download on PC. The update brings several bug fixes, improvements, and patch notes. Main Features:

1. Cars:

• Three new cars have been added to Gran Turismo 7. These include:
• BVLGARI Aluminium Vision Gran Turismo
• Genesis X Gran Berlinetta Vision Gran Turismo Concept
• Suzuki Jimny XC ’18

Players who purchase the BVLGARI Aluminum Gran Turismo Limited Model chronograph timepiece and register via the QR code will receive the BVLGARI Aluminium Vision Gran Turismo as a free gift before its official release. The car will also be available for regular purchase from Brand Central in late February.

2. World Circuits:

• New events have been introduced to the World Circuits mode. These events include:
• Jimny Cup with races at Sardegna Windmills, Willow Springs International Raceway, and Lake Louise.
• Vision Gran Turismo Trophy with races at Monza Circuit and Tokyo Expressway.

3. Brand Central:

• The Museum in Brand Central now includes two new brands:
• Genesis
• Pagani

4. Café:

• New Menu Books have been added to the Café, including:
• Menu Book No.50: Jimny Cup (Collector Level 28 and above)
• Additionally, new Extra Menus have been introduced:
• Extra Menu No.34: Collection: Nissan Motorsports (Collector Level 46 and above)
• Extra Menu No.35: Collection: Dodge (Collector Level 32 and above)
• Players can now enjoy new conversations with the Car Designers and Characters present in the Café. These conversations can be accessed by changing to specific cars in the Garage and speaking with the personalities in the Café.

• The Service Areas and “Turn the camera vertically” locations have been added as a featured Curation in Scapes.

Other Improvements and Adjustments:

1. World Circuits:

• Changes have been made to the display of the Weekly Challenges. The display shown before the bonus menu now indicates if an event has not been opened.

2. Physics Simulation Model:

• Adjustments have been made to the stability of rival cars in wet conditions for a more realistic driving experience.

3. Multiplayer:

• An issue has been addressed where the first player in Split Screen Race would have an advantage.

4. GT Auto:

• The color and quality of the Aston Martin Ocellus Teal paint have been adjusted for a better visual experience.

5. Localization:

• Various text localization issues have been fixed to ensure accurate translations and better understanding of in-game content.

6. Others:

• Various other issues have been addressed to improve the overall gameplay experience and fix any reported bugs or glitches.
