The British newspaper Daily Mail reported that Chelsea Football Club have decided to sack manager Graham Potter due to the team’s poor performance in recent times.

Chelsea have dropped to tenth in the Premier League table, having suffered two defeats and three draws in their last 5 rounds, and lost to Borussia Dortmund in the first leg of the 16th round of the Champions League.

And the Daily Mail has reported that Graham Potter will not complete his contract with the London team as the club’s management seeks to secure a big name in the training world.

She noted that Zinedine Zidane, the former Real Madrid coach, and Luis Enrique, the former Spain coach, top the list of contenders for the Graham Potter seat at Chelsea.

In conclusion, she said that the Spaniard and the Frenchman are currently not bound by a contract and are looking for a new challenge.

It is noteworthy that Zidane left the leadership of the Spanish “Real” in the summer of 2021, and Enrique’s adventures with Spain ended after leaving the second round of the Qatar 2022 World Cup with a defeat by Morocco on penalties.
